In this section I plan to show how I have researched, designed, implemented and thoroughly tested a method of lawfully capturing data from site visitors.
Firstly, I will describe and justify my chosen method of capturing information. Then I plan to discuss how it will be used for e-marketing purposes taking account of legal considerations and the company’s ethics.
Secondly, I hope to explicitly show how I have designed and implemented this feature in the PSD site, making use of a fit for purpose PHP script. I will also talk about the security of the chosen solution.
Thirdly and finally, I will provide evidence of thorough testing so I as a web manager can be satisfied that it functions as intended and is easy for any internet user to use.
