Technical documentation
In this section of the porfolio I will provide comprehensive information about the site. To achieve this I have split it's contents into three seperate parts.
- This first section will focus on essential background details to give the reader context and direction (what is the purpose of the web site etc.). I will also show how the site has been structured, including a description of the site navigation cycle.
- Secondly, I will attempt to critically assess the site's accessibility (refering to previous testing and evidence) and its compliance with current legal requirements, such as the Data Protection Act, Section 508 and the Disability Discrimination Act.
- Finally I will effectively demonstrate how I have updated and managed content using the content management system implemented during Web promotion and carried out regular routine maintenance over an 8 week period.
